    It's not a bad looking clock, but functionally it's just a mess. The hands are so thin that you don't want to touch them for fear of bending them. They don't naturally rest against (or close to) the face, and my minute hand wasn't straight, it actually curved a bit away from the face of the clock. I was able to bend it more or less back into place but I was afraid to because the whole thing is so fragile. There's tons of "slop" in the movements of the hands; it's nearly impossible to set it with any accuracy, although it's all sort approximate anyway because there's no markings for minutes, so I guess that's okay. I tried to use the dial on the back to set it as close as possible, but ultimately I had to make a small adjustment by nudging the minute hand into place. This seemed to work but I don't know if you're supposed to do it that way. There's no included instructions or warnings.

    Pretty clock, but definitely not new item delivered

    Box is damaged upon delivery. Clock is damaged around rim, battery already installed, hands are damaged. Clearly this item has been returned multiple times because there are 3 different delivery stickers on top of each other. I have now returned the clock for an exchange of same clock and hopefully I will get a new undamaged clock this time.
