Amazing Buy, Looks Great and Works Well
I’m very happy with this clock! It’s plastic, painted to look like bronze, so it’s very lightweight, and it looks elegant! I love that a wide range of finishes and sizes is available to choose from, too. I wanted a smaller size than what may be “standard,” and the 8.5 inch size is perfect for our space. It’s absolutely silent, keeps time accurately, and requires only one AA battery. I’ll have to see if it continues to function well, but so far, it’s proving to be a great buy at only $10! Love it!!

Quiet
Nice little clock, works well. My lighting is yellow so the clock appears off color but it is just like pictured. No sound and keeps time. Comes with the parts to easily hang on the wall (pictured). I haven’t had time to hang mine yet but it is working fine in the window.

Very attractive with low glare face. Has an old fashioned look, yet the numerals and hands are clear. Easy to read. The face is slightly ivory, but not overdone to look artificially old.

Update as I changed review from 2 stars to 5 stars:I had ordered a 2nd one which was perfectly quiet, not one peep nor tiny bit of tapping compared to the low fast tapping I heard with my first one. So happy and relieved I ordered a replacement!!! So if you happen to get a not-quiet one, order another or request a replacement.I ordered the #C, light bronze, 8.5″ . The rustic look was perfect for my bathroom style (5 stars for appearance and price). However, once I got it started with a battery, it makes a very fast tapping sound. The seconds hand does move smooth but the tapping is like 2-3 per second. It’s NOT silent as the listing states. It’s not super loud, but it’s heard and gives me anxiety lol. I know that’s a ‘me’ problem, but that’s why I was looking for one that is silent and appreciated reviews that confirmed it’s silent. I’m going to try ordering a replacement, bc maybe the one I got is irregular? I find this issue with online ordering where products vary in quality control everywhere. If Im able, I will edit my review to update with the 2nd one.
