warm and comforting, delightfully cozy. Good look & feel. I like the weight of it too.
In short: buy this. It is beautiful, feels good, looks good. Very warm and cozy.So many colors, it was hard to choose. Ivory is beautiful, and since I was buying it as a gift, I went with what would definitely go with the recipients decor. If I liked it, then I would come back for a darker color (I have dogs LOL). I like it A LOT, so I will be treating myself soon.Fall is coming, which means crisp cooler weather that begs for a warm, cozy blanket.This is indeed a very warm, scrumptious blanket that is very appealing, visually and by touch. Very soft chenille feel. The loops are taut but have flex. Not big holes, but not super tight ones either. Uniform looking. Rather perfect. Looks good to my eyes.It folds nicely, but at 60″ X 80″ it is a thick stack, so know that it takes up a lot of room. So fluffy and cozy!I wasn’t sure which size to go with. I wanted something bigger than a lap blanket, as I want to be able to curl up with it. Or even something folded in half and draped over me. I wanted something that could be folded in half and draped across back of couch, and I wanted it long enough that it could be draped/tossed over a chair. And of course, could be used on a bed. I chose 60″ x 80″ for this reason. Seems like a good choice so far! Great that they have so many sizes to choose from.I’ve looked it over, but haven’t overly scrutinized it. I think it looks good.It has some weight to it. It is a quality product as far as I can tell. I like the comforting aspect of it. Not weighted, but it has a good pressure to it.I keep it on back of my couch right now, but will be figuring out a way to wrap it up as a gift soon. I included pics showing it on the couch, and across a chair.The product arrived really well packed. It is impressive how compact they managed to get this. Be patient and open carefully. There is a lot of tape wrapped around the plastic bag it is packed in. I snipped every carefully. The zippered cloth bag it comes in is reusable, but not for this. Once this big fluffy chenille blanket is unleashed, it grows in size and will never be able to fit in that bag again. Made me laugh.I dont rate on price. Prices fluctuate, we all have different budgets, needs, preferences, etc. I thought this was a very reasonable price and went for it. Now that I know it is of very good quality, I am comfortable ordering another.I have not had a need to wash it. I expect I wont have to for a very long time. Instructions say it is machine washable and recommend putting it in a laundry mesh bag to prevent tangling and damage, air dry or tumble dry low, use a neutral detergent, do not soak for a long time, do not bleach or iron.Personally unless this was a small one, I think I would take this to a professional. Which is fine.

Soft Chunky Blanket with Great Quality and Cozy Feel
This blanket is very soft and comfortable, and the material feels nice against the skin. It has a cozy feel that makes it great for relaxing or using at night.The quality is better than expected and it feels well made, not loose or poorly put together.It helps with overall comfort when resting and adds to sleep quality, especially if you like something warm and soft.The size fits well for a throw and works nicely for lounging on the couch or layering on a bed.I have not noticed any major shedding, which is a big plus for this type of blanket.Overall, it is a good value for the price and a cozy, well made blanket that looks and feels great.

So yes, the color is way off. If you were expecting RED, this not the one for you. If you compare the Christmas plaid cat cushion in the photo, that is the red and green plaid in the bottom half, that is actually RED. The top half of the photo shows that this is predominately a maroon, dark gray to almost black, silver gray and two other squares of almost a tweed of silver and dark gray, and silver and maroon. It also comes vacuumed packed making this a questionable purchase. Sometimes, throws that are vacuumed packed, end up with permanent wrinkles. Additionally, you may want to check for flaws which are not noticeable until after initial washing and placed on a bed. Once washed on a cold water or tap cold setting, with no or low spin, and dryed, place on a bed, smooth out any wrinkles and check the blanket. Unfortunately, this one was not without flaws. After washing and placing on top of a bed, one was visible. As far as what to do with this blanket, the fabric is soft and the quality is nice. Normally, despite the color being off, if the wrinkles come out and the fabric has no flaws which somwtimes happens, this would still be a keeper. BUT …this is a gift for my better half. Even though the color is off, it is a beautiful, masculine blanket that I will reorder. It will make a nice addition to the Total Vallentine’s Day Gift. In closing, not all the wrinkles came out. That stated, since there was a drastic improvement after one wash, over time, that may continue to improve and this really wasn’t objectionable.Note: Photo 1 shows color being clearly maroon.Photo 2 shows flaw.Photo 3 shows how vacuum packaged throws are wrinkled when delivered. While most come out, if some do not, lighter colored fabrics may show these wrinkles and be objectionable to some.Addendum: I always check the washing instructions on the labels. This vendor, jn my opinion, failed to provide appropriate washing instructions. No where, did it include MUST BE WASHED IN COLD WATER. If you know anything about sherpa, it should always be washed in cold water or on a tap cold water setting. Otherwise, sherpa washed in higher temperature or dried at a higher temperature, can lose it’s softness and become a flat mat sherpa. There was also nothing stating wash with like colors or separately. It did however state wash before use.As far as drying, the manufacturer recommended hang to dry. Well, in my book, hang to dry has never removed wrinkles like those it cane with. I am fortunate enough that we were able to invest in a LG top of line, load washer with matching dryer. I cannot recommend the LG washer/dryer line enough. I used the lowest temperature, speed setting with wrinkle guard (air fluff). I have done this with all my sherpa throws and without any problems. This one had no problems either and most wrinkles disappeared.Bottom line, I will replace thus for one without flaws.

I’d been looking for a blanket just like this for a while but the prices were crazy! When I saw this it was more affordable and a great size. It’s very soft and nice a cozy. The only thing I wish is that they offered more colours! Great as a sofa throw!

This is the perfect coach throw blanket. Is very soft, puffy and warm. Just be mindful that ir needs to be handled with care as it can break easily. A great purchase for me.
