The Joyolo flame fireplace wax melter is so pretty and works perfectly. Your own desktop fireplace with ur favorite scent. So much nicer that using the wax melters that arent electric and you have to constantly replace the tealight. The fireplace gives off a gentle firelight glow. Has nice movement like a real flame.The little pan for the wax ,is removeable and bendable ,its easy to change the scents. Let the one, u were using, to harden,then pop it out. Its ready for new scent.Very little cleaning. Dust w soft rag. I’ve been using for a few months and haven’t had any trouble. I did spill alittle hot wax moving it over on a table. I just got a dry paper towel ,right away,and it wiped right off. I havent notice it getting hot on the outside. As I have said,I have moved it while hot. Be careful you dont spill hot wax on your hand if u do move it, like I did ,while wax is liquefied. It is like candle wax,you will get burnt. I would not recommend using this in reach of children. The wax is in a open pan ontop of fireplace. They can put little finger in it thinking its just water. I have a cat. I have never seen her go near it. But i dont leave it on for any length of time,wo knowing where she is. I guess treat it like a lit candle. Otherwise It is one of my favorite things I bought myself this year. Worth ever penny and a great gift for anyone that likes scented wax .

The next best thing to a fireplace!
This is probably the coolest new thing I’ve bought from Amazon in a long time. I really didn’t need another electric wax melt, but I’m sure glad I got it. I highly recommend this as this year’s Christmas gift to those who enjoy the smells of wax melts throughout their home. I bought 2 of these…one for me….and one for my bestie. She’s gonna freak when she sees what I got for her! It has a rectangular silicone tray on top for your wax melts to sit in. And there are buttons on the front for choosing different times, as well as an off/on buttons. A green light tells you it’s on, but you’ll be too busy watching the “logs” burn to notice any other light. Looks great with the lights off in the house too. Get some Christmas wax melts & get in the holiday mood. Adds a great touch without the work & danger of the real thing.EDIT: I went to turn it on and the light wouldn’t come on. I was very disappointed, as I love my little “fireplace”. I went to return it & they had some suggestions to try before proceeding to return it. Good thing too, because (blushing) the cord wasn’t pushed in all the way!😳 I saw that the cord fell off when I was examining it to see if the light had burned out. After taking the screws out, I saw that it had unreplaceable LED lights, so I closed it up & started the return procedure. Oh was I ever happy that it was my own dumb fault. So the moral of this story is, make sure your plugs are tight. The plug that plugs into the back CAN work loose over time, though this is the first time I’ve had that happen. Now, back to enjoying my “fireplace”!

This is absolutely amazing. My husband got it for me for Christmas to put in my book room. I have it 60/70s theme and this is a great addition to my decor. I love the ambiance it gives off and the warmer workings great. It also has timers you can set it on to only run for a certain amount of time.
