Actually Blocks Light Extremely Well
I put these up in a bedroom that gets blasted with early morning sunlight, and the biggest thing to know is they genuinely darken the room far better than most blackout covers that still let light leak in around every edge.The no-drill setup is what makes them especially convenient. Installation was quick, and I didn’t have to mess with curtain rods, anchors, or damaging walls. Once attached properly, they stayed in place surprisingly well without constantly peeling or sagging.The blackout performance is easily the standout feature. The thicker layered material does a very good job blocking sunlight during the day, which helps a lot for sleeping, gaming rooms, nurseries, or night-shift schedules. It also helps reduce heat coming through the windows during hotter afternoons.Ease of use is excellent overall. The material can be trimmed and adjusted to fit different window sizes, which makes it much more versatile than fixed-size blackout curtains. They’re also lightweight enough to remove and reinstall without much hassle if needed.One thing I liked is that they don’t make the room feel cluttered. The simple flat design blends in fairly well and works especially nicely for apartments, dorms, RVs, or temporary setups where permanent curtain hardware isn’t practical.The material feels thicker than expected and not overly flimsy like some temporary blackout covers. Once installed, it stayed secure and did a good job limiting light bleed around the edges.For the money, this is a really solid value if your main goal is maximum darkness without drilling holes or installing full curtain hardware.

TOOKLEE Blackout Curtain
This I TookLee =) blackout curtain arrived extremely quickly, well packaged in a nice store-quality sliding-zipper heavy-duty bag, and in perfect condition. It measures about 60 inches by 80 inches, as promised in product title and description. It included a leaflet with instructions in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and I think Nederlander. Consistent with product info and images, it also included a cutting tool, 16 hook-and-loop/Velcro tabs and 2 strips of Velcro for hanging, plus 2 Velcro tiebacks.The curtain is a lovely heather gray true to product images. It looks especially nice against a white wall. I can see by looking at the edge that it does have multiple layers, consistent with product images and info. It is not heavy, so not hard to hang, but it does block out all light. It doesn’t have a reflective side but that’s a nice option if you want the outside of your home’s windows to look more appealing with the same heather gray. It’s a light color so it shouldn’t absorb much heat. It was easy to cut to size and didn’t fray anywhere including cut edges.The curtains will be fully portable although you might have to purchase more Velcro tabs or tape to re-hang it with. I like using Velcro instead of sticky adhesive since you can open the curtains if you want to watch a thunderstorm, open the windowpane for ventilation/Lüften, etc.For the current coupon price of about $20 U.S. or even full price of about $22, I think this blackout curtain is a very good value.

Easy to install and blocks light very well
I bought this blackout window cover to make a room darker, and it worked really well for what I needed. The material felt thick enough to block light, and once I put it up, the room was noticeably darker than before. I liked that I could cut it to fit the window, which made it easier to get the right size without leaving gaps.Installation was simpler than I expected since I didn’t need to drill anything into the wall. I used the included adhesive tabs to attach it, and it stayed in place once everything was lined up. Being able to remove it later without damaging the wall made it especially useful for temporary setups or spaces where permanent curtains aren’t practical.I’m glad I picked this up because it solved the problem of too much light coming into the room. It’s lightweight and easy to work with, and it gave me the darker environment I was trying to create. Hello darkness my old friend
I did not expect fabric this thin to completely block out the light. I was so, so wrong. This curtain is AMAZING! I finally got a full *day* of rest!I am in a short term rental out of state for work so I did not use the adhesive velcro pads it came with. I have no doubt I could achieve 100% blackout if I did use them. Instead, I used magnets along the existing window treatment frame so some light does get by due to this.The fabric is soft and lightweight. In my opinion, it is a true gray. It doesnt have a brownish hue at all. The instructions look straightforward/easy to install. I haven’t tried cutting the fabric to fit to my window perfectly, but I think you could trim it without issue if that’s what you wanted to do.I can’t wait to get this curtain home in a few months to see its full potential with the velcro.5/5 and I will be purchasing more.
