It is as promised! Swivels easily and is sturdy!Three screws to secure the three arms down into a cut out area. Easy to assemble!It’s attractive. I love the way it adds to my counter!

Hard to assemble. Not Sturdy.
The swivel works and the wood looks nice, but assembly was impossible. The screws don’t go down flush to the support bar (even after trying a pilot hole) and they’re so short I’m not convinced they’re providing enough use to keep bars safely attached once mugs are added. The bars are NOT sturdy. They’re very loose. Purchased two and both had the same issues. My screws are stripped after trying to tighten appropriately, so I’m sure I’m unable to return. Wouldn’t recommend.

Holds all sizes of coffee mugs, even large and tall ones.
When inserting screws, the tiny screwdriver included was inadequate. However, using a bigger screwdriver and inserting the screws to make the tiny pre-drilled holes larger, then removing them and adding the metal “arms,” assembly was easy. It holds tall and large mugs and spins easily. I paid $14.99 which I thought was reasonable. Overall, I recommend this mug holder.

Mug holder with rotating base.
Esthetically it is nice but not for bigger mugs. For cups it is okay. I prefer a tree shaped one that is black iron and marble based. It can hang 8 oz mugs and fits on the counter top under the cabinets.

Not so great cup tree.
Looks good but it’s really cheaply made. The screws to hold it on really suck. Pilot holes were not deep enough, the screwdriver with the unit is a JOKE. I’m a woman with small hands and couldn’t even manage that tiny little piece of junk. Either it needs to be factory pre-assembled or change the way it attaches for the normal person to be able to put it together. I’ll keep it on hand till I find a better designed one.
