About hand drawing
When the painter is painting, a few brush hairs fall from the paint onto the picture. When painting to a certain place, there are many spots of pigment on the brush in some places, which will form pigment pimples after drying. This kind of situation is very common in oil painting, which is unavoidable and different from machine printing. Handmade paintings have their own characteristics, of course, they also have their own value.
If a painter paints 12 hours a day, he will paint 4380 hours a year. However, it may take ten or several decades to learn painting from the beginning until achieving a small success, and even remain unknown throughout one’s life. Therefore, he is stubborn and slow, and is bound to take every painting seriously.
We use Finnish pine to make frames in our studio.

Versatile art piece
Lovely addition to my living room. Great quality, and you can pair this painting with a variety of other colors and art. I love the option to choose any color in this painting as an accent.I would say that the orange/ gold color is the star of the show. It is the color that catches your eye when you scan across the room, and the picture advertising the art does not show the colors accurately. The advertised picture also looks as though there are some pinkish undertones. My painting does not have those undertones, which was a little disappointing. I still love it, but it wasn’t what I pictured.I recommend this painting for its quality and versatility. I like my paintings to have texture, rather than having a flat print. This painting has texture and has been a beautiful update. I choose green accents in the spring, yellow and aqua during the summer and peach over the fall. Every accent highlights a color in the painting.

No real frame
Warning: If you’re thinking this comes with a frame. It is listed as having a “turquoise blue frame.” It is in nothing but a stretcher frame like all paintings have. I thought it might have a blue floater frame or something like that but no. I like the painting and feel like it is reasonably priced anyway so I’m not returning it, but still, disappointed by misleading description so I am docking a couple stars. Will buy a separate floater frame.

The size is great. We were hopeful we could put it above our fireplace but the teal tones clashed with the fireplace. If looks nice in a more neutral room.

Great Wall Art
The photos in the listing don’t do this piece of piece of art justice. I ordered a similar painting by a different seller and it looked awful. This one has tons of 3D texture and the entire painting is hand painted. The one I ordered previously was a print that someone hand applied a few strokes of paint to and that’s exactly what it looked like. This entire piece is hand painted. The texture of the crest of the waves has at least ½” of depth.
